That is what raw food is. 100% raw food is that law that does not change and does not break. That is why David Wolfe wrote a book titled "Natures First Law". Because eating food that has not been destroyed by fire is the one law that every organism on the planet shares.

 

Would the zoo keeper ever consider feeding the prized White Bengal tigers giro’s or fried chicken from down the street Meat lover’s pizza from the local pizza joint. No. You should treat yourself more like the prized Bengal Tiger and less like a garbage disposer and eat the foods perfect for humans. That includes more fruits and vegetables...more plant based whole foods. Less animal foods... less garbage like fried foods and sodas!

 

One of the biggest mistakes we all make is that we think that little things we do are not significant and so we don't do the little things that make a difference. Just one time eating a banana instead of a candy bar is very very significant. It adds up very quickly and is the critical component to success in anything relating to health and eating and losing weight.
