Hot Yoga utilizes vinyasa series with heat in the room with feeling good and taking care being the goal, and looking better the byproduct. Miami Yoga's Hot Yoga includes spiritual components of yoga and meditation along with a proper Shavasana (final relaxation time).
-Why is the Room Heated?
The room is intentionally hot. It is heated to warm your muscles, prevent injuries and allow for a deeper release in your body. Sweating will also help flush toxins and poisons from your body.

-Hot Yoga vs. Bikram Yoga
Bikram Yoga and Hot Yoga are similar because they both use heated rooms. Bikram Yoga uses 105 degrees while Hot Yoga at Brickell Hot Yoga utilizes approx 95 degrees. Bikram Yoga uses a sequence of mostly standing poses repeated twice. Brickell Hot Yoga offers a Vinyasa Power Yoga sequence that focuses on a comprehensive approach to all muscle groups including arm strength poses and core muscles.

A perceived sense of inflexibility is the most common hindrance that prevents people from trying yoga.
